Christopher Espinosa

Christopher Espinosa is the Founder, President, and General Contractor of Espinosa Restoration Services, a Columbus-based renovation, restoration, and community maintenance company established in 2013.

Christopher leads the company with a practical understanding of the work and a personal investment in the people it serves. His involvement connects the early conversations and property assessments with project planning, coordination, and the details of execution.

That involvement is not ceremonial. He meets the client, walks the property, and stays reachable as the work develops. When organizing a complex project — several trades, occupied spaces, a scope that shifts once walls are open — he is the person connecting what the client asked for to what the field is actually building.

He values clear expectations above nearly everything else. A defined scope, a documented change, an answered question: these are the mechanics of trust in construction, and they are what allow a project to stay calm when it becomes complicated.

Christopher also understands that the work is done by people. He values the experience each person on the team brings and treats supporting them as part of the job — recognizing that craftsmanship does not survive in an environment where the people doing it are rushed, uninformed, or unsupported.
