Project Details
Work consisted of the complete demolition of the existing guest bathroom and primary bathroom down to structural framing where required. All existing fixtures, finishes, plumbing lines, and associated materials were removed and disposed of.
New natural stone flooring systems were installed throughout both bathrooms, providing a luxurious and durable foundation. Plumbing was upgraded, relocated, and reconfigured to accommodate revised layouts and new fixture placements in both bathrooms.
Both bathrooms were reconstructed to include walk-in showers with tiled wall assemblies, stone mosaic shower floors, and frameless glass enclosures. Select interior walls were removed and rebuilt to create a recessed washer and dryer cubby and integrated towel storage niches.
This scope included structural modifications, plumbing upgrades, and primary installations only. Final finish selections and decorative elements were excluded from this phase of work.
