Explore the transformation

01 / A Shared Vision

Many homes.
One considered transformation.

At Darby Park in Hilliard, exterior restoration brought repair and appearance into one coordinated community project. Deteriorated wood trim was replaced with white PVC, while black doors and shutters gave the buildings a clear, consistent identity.

The work began before any finish was applied. Remediation of the affected exterior material was carried out across the community, then the deteriorated soffits, fascia, and window trim were rebuilt in PVC — so the renewed appearance sits on sound material rather than covering over a problem.

02 / Beneath the Finish

The detail begins
with what is repaired.

The project addressed deteriorated exterior wood at soffits, fascia, and window trim. Remediation of the affected material came first, carried out before any repair was closed up or finished.

Replacement with PVC then established a renewed foundation for the finished appearance — work applied to sound material rather than laid over a problem.

03 / The Exterior Language

Crisp white.
Confident black.

A restrained palette brings the architecture into focus. White replacement trim defines the openings and roofline; black shutters and entry doors provide a deliberate, unifying contrast.
